Dare to be a Chef!
Today marked the first day of The Daring Camp for Boys and Girls: Dare to be a Chef! This week we have two groups running. One group, called The Archway (their restaurant name) is run by Nicole Nanchoff, a primary teacher from Laurel School, and Andrew Horner, a college student. The other group, called the Cookie Heads, is run by Caitlin Moury, an English teacher at Laurel School, and Christy Cardellini, a Laurel alumna and recent college graduate. Each group had the chance to do Project Adventure, our outdoor challenge course, today. They also spent time making all different kinds of food, like edible playdough, Tootsie Rolls, and grilled cheese! How tasty!
